We do not store full payment details on our servers. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Saint Sirène is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. All returns and exchanges are subject to our posted policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements or show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, restrict future purchases, and pursue recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.
