How do I know my order has been placed successfully? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@saintsirene.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at hello@saintsirene.com if you need to make a change.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size? Please refer to our fit guide for detailed measurements and recommendations. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us at hello@saintsirene.com and we'll help you find the right fit.

Do your pieces run true to size? Each product page includes specific fit notes. We recommend reading these before purchasing, as fits may vary by style.

What fabric are your pieces made from? Full fabric composition and care instructions can be found on each individual product page.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do? We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@saintsirene.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will make it right immediately.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. Saint Sirène does not store your payment details.
